They are experiencing discrimination in the work force, immigration and also by individuals. Especially now because of the swine flu.
The United States of America was brought up on fundamental values in which that all men are created equal. Today, in the year of 2009, we still have discrimination happening. In the great words of Martin Porter, “All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is that good men do nothing.”
Hispanics and Latinos are experiencing much racial discrimination throughout the United States. They are being discriminated in the work force, in public places, and by the past epidemic that has recently happened. The Swine Ful (H1N1 Virus).

Should a person stay home from school if they’re sibling has H1N1 (Swine Flu)?
I’m an 8th grader from a super small school/town. We are a merged school because there wasn’t enough kids. My class has the most in the whole school. 24 kids. A boy in my class, they don’t really take care of themselves, and his sister is a junior and is in my brothers class and she has the swine flu. Him and his brother are always at school. But, today a girl in my class was sent home because her little brother got the swine flu yesterday. Why don’t the two boys that i first talked about stay home? Could we catch it from them? Do they spread it even though they don’t have it?
well my school if someone had swine flu then they would have to stay home but i’m not sure about the sibling who does not have it… i would either ask the teacher or the doctor… but just try to stay away from the person just incase BUT if that person is your friend then just tell him/her to go see a doctor and ask questions but if someone got sent home because of thiere siblings then… err ask your principal..

My friend is going to end her life, how do I convince her not to?!?
My friend is considering ending her own life, I’ve talked to NHS 24 and I cant get through, please I need help on what to say to her, she’s saying she will end it because her dad is in New York and might have swine flu, and her mum is being really mean to her, she’s taken an overdose before and I know she will do it. Please give me something to say to her to stop her! I dont want her to commit suicide!
