I have a blister in my eye?

I’m not sure quite what I did. I was putting in my contacts and got the right one in just fine. When I put the left one in it burned like nothing I’ve felt before. It was like my eye was on fire. I took out my contacts but my eye was still sore. I think I either got something caught between my eye and the contact lens or I used disinfectant instead of saline by mistake.

Ouch. Well unfortunately eye drops probably won’t help. Flush the affected eye with pure cold water and then leave the eye alone. Call a doctor immediately or have your mom call because you might have something in your eye that you just can’t see. Go to an eye doctor and have them look at it as soon as possible, otherwise the damage to your eye may get worse and may be permanent.
