Best Home Remedies for Cold?

I see this question was asked a lot, but this is my own version. My children and I have been struggling for a week and a half with head congestion (ears, nose, sinus, throat, the whole works) and coughs, and sore throat/tonsils. Is there any way to crack this and get it done with? I’m sick of being sick! I’ve already tried the onion syrup. Didn’t work for me. Except when I was making it, it did help to drain. But not when I ate it. So anyways. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

My 6 week old kitten has bad discharge from eyes, congestion, sneezing, for 3 weeks now. What can I give him?

My kitten has been sick for about 3 weeks. He had stopped eating because he couldn’t smell due to the stopped up nose. He is very congested, has a thick discharge that seals his eyes shut until I clean them and sneezes from time to time. I bought some newborn kitten milk and a bottle and he eats fine but seems this cold or flu or whatever it is won’t go away. I was sick with a similar thing and not sure if he got it from me or me from him. I lost his sister to this and nearly lost him. The other 3 kittens in the litter are okay but a couple have problems a bit with their eyes at times. His sister was full of yellow liquid when she died. I was trying to expunge her nostrils before that to open her up to breath and that is what was coming out of her. She was too far gone and I think her lungs were full and drowned her. We caught Lucky in time before he got too weak and have been feeding him to keep his strength up. I have some cephalexan, is that safe and in what amount? He weighs 1 lb.

Really sick, bronchitis symptoms?

As we all know, this is the nasty flu season. A few days ago (Sunday) I came down with a cough from my chest, I did not hurt at all and then as the day progressed I started hacking cough and my chest started hurting. 4 other kids (which I happened to share a meal with) all came down to the same. Everyone is coughing phlegm, and my throat started hurting either the virus or just cough a lot. I feel very tired, and, recently, my nose started running a lot. I've been taking a large number of homeopathic remedies and it seems that my body trying to drain virus I have ever done. I wonder if this is acute bronchitis, since all my symptoms checked out. The only thing that worries me is having pneumonia because up this morning for the first time because of nausea at random. Can anyone suggest any medications and legal remedies that could be taken to improve faster, and possibly tell me more about what I have? Thanks!

OK so this will be my sons 4th cold since December. Yuck. It’s different this time though.

My baby will not fall asleep when he is stuffed up. Our doctor told us to either put him in his bouncer or car seat, and place the seat in the bathroom with us when we took our shower. What is the best thing for my children’s cough?

My kids 7 and 8 both have fevers which they are taking children’s tylenol and they have cough’s the oldest a dry one and the young one has a phlemy cough–I do not want to buy cold remedy or buy anything period–any suggestions??
