Is anyone else concerned that Baxter pharmaceuticals has been designated to design a Swine flu vaccine when just weeks ago they shipped out vaccines that were tainted with live Avian flu? Just think what would have happened if the tainted vaccines were not caught ahead of time.
Are they actually trying to kill people? It seems like the first scandal may have been a way to cause a widespread pandemic so that they could in turn make money from the disbursement of a vaccine?

Good ol’ Baxter is working on a vaccination for Swine Flu, yet this is the same company that “Accidently” mixed and infected flu vaccinations back in europe with the bird flu and nearly caused a pandemic there!

I’m glad you have done your research, and yes Baxter is “working” on a vaccination for the “swine flu.” If you look back months before, Baxter created “vaccinations” that were contaminated with the avian flu virus. I mean, out of all the places they happen to put it into something that was supposed to prevent everyone from getting the virus. We all lose trust in Baxter, and also our own governments and media.

Obviously if that same company is making vaccines for the “swine flu”, they are most likely going to contaminate it with the flu virus.
Who knows if this “swine flu” is really spreading in Mexico and the US, or is it the media lying about the official report so that they can convince people to take these vaccines. I will never take this vaccination even if I am forced to, because it is my right to take in or take out whatever I want, not someone else’s. I agree with “Rebecca”. The answer is both yes and no. It’s counterproductive to use antipyretics if the fever is low grade to moderate. The purpose of a fever is to create an inhospitable environment for pathogens. Bacteria and viruses have a narrow temperature range within which they can survive. Fevers are part of the immune response but they don’t speed it up. But people interfere with this mechanism because of the discomfort a fever causes and they don’t need to be treated unless they really are causing discomfort and that’s usually if they exceed 102 or 103 (moderate fever). Because of the way the brain functions, fevers rarely go above 104. And since you won’t have brain damage until your internal temperature exceeds 108 degrees (and fevers don’t get this high), it’s entirely safe to leave a fever alone.
In the end, even if a fever is reduced artificially, eventually the average, basically healthy person will be able to fight off the flu virus. It may take a little longer.

My son Josh was scared. You could see in his face. Angst was written all over him. Her knuckles were white as his shirt. He starred down. "What?" I asked with a smile, hoping to alleviate their fears. "Dad," he nervously replied, "I fear that bird flu will!

Not Josh I'm sure if I had heard of bird flu or if he learned that in school.
