How do I measure 7 fluid ounces?
I am making a carrot cake and the recipee says to add 7 fluid ounces of water but I don’t have anything to measure fluid ounces with. What can I use as a measure? eg. tablespoon? If so how many?

Hi there: according to one of my cook books it goes as follows>>1 tablespoon= 1/2 fluid ounces and 1 cup=8 fluid ounces…So it would be my guess to use the measuring cup minus 2 tablespoons..Please make sure your self OK ; my math may be off..Good Luck with that carrot cake and don’t forget the cream cheese icing YUMMY
