Foods Fluid Retention

what foods are high in protein and have zero or very low sodium which would help with pitting edema?
i do not use salt and have not for many years; one of my medications causes fluid retention; i find it difficult to establish a healthy diet that is made up of foods that have no sodium or very little; i also need high protein foods…
I’m just shooting from the hip here but there are plenty of protein supplements that promote low to very low sodium. You can order in bulk from trueprotein
Good luck, I wish I had a disease that made me stick to a healthy diet. (I’m only halfway kidding:)
