Homeless Cats with Cat Flu, needing advice?
Hi, I am currently living in very small village in central France where i moved a few months ago. Bascially there are about 8 cats that live in this village but no one owns them, and various houses just throw food outside for them to eat (pasta?) , but they do stay mainly outside one house.
I have had cats all my life so know what cat flu is like, and these cats are suffering badly. Eyes look sore, noses look like phlem is oozing out, very bad breathing, coughing, wheezing. As i doubt any are neutered or anyone bring them to the vets the infections keep spreading. Also i notice a lot have problems with hair loss, not sure why.
Is there anything i can do, without infringing on the village life as i dont speak to any of them as they keep to themselves. Anyone know of simple medicines i can give the cats, as i want to help them but also not to have the cats then living around our house because i helped them.

Lasik - is this regression or dry eye?
I had lasik surgery on May 20th - my prescription was pretty bad (very nearsighted). I was 20/20 for about a month and noticed some fluctuations in my vision, which I thought was normal. About a week ago, I noticed my vision was getting worse - I’m actually afraid to drive. I saw the doctor today and he said that my corneas are very dry. He said they’re healing up well, but are slightly inflamed. So he prescribed Lotemax drops, 1 drop, 4 times a day. I’ve been taking Restatsis twice a day since my surgery. My question is - is this blurriness caused by the dry corneas? Or are my eyes regressing? I almost wanted him to give me a prescription for glasses, just so I could see, because this is terrible. Any help would be appreciated.
Sounds like the surgical portion was very successful and now you are dealing with two of the complications of surgery.
1. the surgery cut a lot of nerves that normally stimulated the formation of tears. Hopefully some of these nerves will regenerate and tears will again start to flow.
2. Your eyes are going through an unstable period from changes in the corneal edema. When your vision stops fluctuating the doctor may have you come back for a touch up if both eyes don’t settle down at 20/20.

Why is Rome total war getting slow?
Ok ive looked tota war had since he left Rome and it has had scratches on it but not enough to ruin, so before summer 2009 my rome total war better INFACT worked well because I added more memory and better graphics cards. Then around the end of the summer, began to do just this ….. 1. when you start your game worked fine (perfect) 2. Played the game for a minute or about 5 minutes (the campaign) was very slow and choppy! 3. Battle Map: Used to work extreamly well with my new graphics card and memory, but now out of nowhere every time keep it running for 5 minutes or face the enemy, it gets very, very slow. ive tried everything reinstalled now control card, RAM and 5 minutes ago cleaning equipment with compressed air (I have dust off the fan, etc) I really need help as Rome Total War is my favorite computer game, please help my friends and I have swine flu notin done this weekend need some help.
