Natural Alkaline Diet Balance
Do you often feel out of energy especially after eating your meals?. In fact, it is generally accepted that usually around 3-4 pm (depending on the time you eat your lunch) when you find yourself having difficulty in keeping yourself awake. When you mix both together, the mediums neutralize each other. Digestion is impaired or completely arrested. I didn’t realize that the food that I ate was the reason that drains my energy away every day. So what can we do about it?. The first step I learnt was to eat the right food and not mixing the wrong food sorts together. For example, if I am eating starchy foods, I would not eat meat in the same meal.
