Humana Military Healthcare Services Promotes Flu Vaccinations For South Region TRICARE
Humana Military Healthcare Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Humana Inc. (NYSE: HUM), encourages TRICARE South Region beneficiaries to get their influenza vaccination in an effort to reduce the spread of flu this season. Beneficiaries may receive the flu vaccination at no cost from their local Military Treatment Facility (MTF), Primary Care Manager (PCM) or a MinuteClinic located in select CVS Pharmacies.
“The flu affects an estimated 25-50 million people annually across the country, yet nearly two-thirds of adults choose not to receive their fluvaccination each year,” said John Crum, MD, chief medical officer of Humana Military. “While practicing healthy habits will help stop spreading the illness, the best way to preventthe flu is by receiving a vaccination. We want to make sure our beneficiaries know where they can go to receive this shot,” said Crum.
Along with getting shots at a PCM office or MTF, the addition of select MinuteClinic locations to the Humana Military provider network offers beneficiaries a convenient alternative for preventive services, including flu shots. MinuteClinics are open seven-days-a-week and there is no appointment necessary. Active duty and reserve personnel should check with their MTF on where to receive their vaccinations.

How do I know if I’m rolling out too far on flute?
I have followed some instructional videos on youtube and have made some improvements to my embouchure, but I am confused as to how far is too far to roll out.
I have got to the point where I can roll out to the point where I can see the entire blow hole of the flute while playing and still get a decent tone, but I don’t know if I need to find a balance.
I have been playing on and off for over 10 years - mostly folk music on silver flute.

If you are rolling out far enough to see the entire blow hole, you are rolling out WAY too much….. and are probably so sharp you are playing up a half step. Not good.
You should only be able to see about half of the open blow hole when the flute is up to your lip. You should definately roll in to that position. If it is not comfortable… then you should get used to it…. because it is correct.
Roll in too much and you will play flat.
Roll out too much and you will play sharp.
The best way to figure out where is directly in tune, is to get yourself a tuner and play long tones… whole notes with it. That will insure you are rolling in the right direction and just exactly how much you should be adjusting the headjoint.

How is swine flu diagnosed?
When a person is under the weather, many symptoms may be present. However, symptoms of swine flu are very similar to normal cold and flu symptoms, and may include:

A negative rapid antigen or immunofluorescence test cannot be used to rule out swine-origin influenza A (H1N1) virus infection. The results of this test from nasopharyngeal or nasal swab, along with other information, will in all probability help your doctor take better care of you. Knowing the test results will help prevent the spread of the virus to others.

What drugs are available to treat swine flu and bird flu?
